We put together the best valued shipping methods possible in these hard times. All ship with insured delivery confirmation tracking. We cover extended insurance costs. Shipping is non-refundable as well as any extended insurance or handling costs.
1. USPS Priority. 2 to 3 day delivery. BEST VALUE at $5.65. Our tracking has shown most deliveries are made in 2 days with this service.
2. USPS Express Overnight to most areas. May take longer if your not in a 1 day shipping zone. Good Overnight Value at $20.00
Tracking. We notify you when you order ships with the tracking confirmation number. If a delivery problem arises contact us with your order ID number so we can track it. All jewelry is boxed, placed in a sealed plastic bag, bubble wrapped and shipped in the sturdy sealed box.
Shipping time is added to "ships in" or "ships out" time. Many of our items are custom made. Selecting Express Overnight does not change the "ship out" time stated for products. It simply reduces the delivery time to you upon shipment.
General Shipping Policy Information.
Time frames. Most orders placed before 12:00 pm eastern time normally ship in 1 to 2 business days or as indicated in our item review pages. Please add time allotted for the shipment method you choose to estimate arrival. We email you a shipment notification upon departure with delivery confirmation number.
Custom Orders Shipping Policy. Custom orders (setting stones, certain ring sizing, etc.) placed before 3.00 pm eastern time normally ship within 4 to 7 business days unless otherwise specified. Please add time allotted for the shipping method you choose during the order process.
Back Order Policy. This seldom happens. However if a back order situation arises, we will contact you immediately via e-mail or telephone with a new time frame. You will rightfully be given the opportunity of waiting for your new order completion date or canceling your order without any charges.
In response to many wonderful requests, we are sorry, due to severe bank and processor limitations and government precious metals regulations we do not process international credit card payments or shipments.
We only service the continuous United States, Alaska & Hawaii.
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, returns or exchanges can be made within 20 days of arrival at the address you specified.
Most items are returnable. However items that are special order, custom made, (custom rings)/custom work or altered from the manufacturers stock jewelry at your request are non-returnable and non-cancel-able once work on the stock items have begun. This includes, but is not limited to requesting non-stock items, specific gemstones, changing gemstones or sizing a ring outside of the manufacturers stocked sizes. Jewelry items developed from your specifications are also non-returnable.
All returned items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered in any way. Returned items are subject to inspection which may include the originating manufacturers approval before credits are issued. Special note: Gemstones are inspected by originating manufacturers gem lab prior to credit being issued (approx 7 to 10 days).
Late returns. We are not obligated to accept late returns. However, In good faith, we may try to get a supplier to accept a return. If the supplier, factory or manufacturer accepts items returned late they may be charged a non-refundable 15% to 25% restocking fee. If the supplier does not accept the return the item will be returned to you. The restocking fee is a supplier, factory policy that GemOptions Jewelry has no control over. GemOptions Jewelry does not benefit from any restocking fee. It's best to be prompt in returning items.
When returning jewelry remember to:
1) Return items in their original condition and packaging.
2) Include a copy of your receipt. Write return or exchange on your receipt, circle the item (s) returned.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition for a refund. Total shipping and insurance charges paid for by GemOptions Jewelry are not refundable. We suggest adding insurance. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, missing or late incoming parcels.
