Precious Topaz with its warm golden color accentuated with pinkish-peach overtones reflects a youthful glowing blush on the wearer. To avoid confusion between this golden gem and Citrine quartz the term and affection, early discoveries of Precious Topaz, were placed in the jewelry of Russian Czarinas in the 18th and 19th century, thus earning the name of "Imperial Topaz."
